I WAS NAKED WHEN I MET THE SPIDER AT HOME

One day, a spider was there when I went into the shower at home. We both froze as we were both naked. I stood still for five minutes trying to think what to do, so did she. Finally I turned the shower head to the other corner of the room. As I carefully managed not to splash water on her, she showed me a most free and beautiful dance with her spider body. I wonder how we exist with another animal at home. And how do we exist with another being in the world?

I was Naked when I met the Spider at Home is a journey towards a new myth. A new yet ancient story about being together. Bodies, nature, electricity, objects exist among each other. As the current world is collapsing, a new ecosystem is emerging. We are merely a small part of it.
The project works with body, voice, video, object, mask, ritual and imagination. The work-in-progress is an essay performance based on Five Elements of Life.
