he memory stains of the places where silver had been extracted for centuries. This silver gave Europe the opulence and shaped its insolent images. There is no more silver left in those places. There is no more silver left in this films. It was there but we bleached it out so you can see the colors. Whether it be film or ravaged soil, what remains once all the fortune has been extracted?
Since 2013 Moralesova and Bagdasarov form a filmmaking experimental duo labodoble which is also an artistic and curatorial platform. They mainly focus on sustainable approaches and eco-logical photochemical processes exploring the possibilities and configurations eco-logic itself. They like to challenge their own mediatic and technological means and to reshape the relation of machine-operator into machine-performer. They do films, performances, installations and workshops.

At that beautiful moment between reality and dreaming, an incorporeal forest emerges from the darkness and light. Dark, violent and self-assured, it shares its fears of nature’s despair.

LUIS MACIAS is an artist, filmmaker and image-moving composer. His pieces deal with the formal and spectral properties of the moving image, through the exploration of the cinematographic device itself and the photochemical nature of the medium. Focused on experimental and procedural practices of analog image, his works in Super 8,16mm, 35mm and / or video format are composed for projection, performance or installation.
