What key does a T-Rex like to sing in and what is the vocal range of a Brontosaurus?

An experimental puppet opera played in a small but luxurious stage of baroque theatre. Dinopera combines traditions of czech puppetry with german-speaking opera and experimental music genres. We will listen to the long lost voices of ancient creatures, from the first complex ocean organisms of Ediacaran biota to different kinds of dinosaurs, who will demonstrate a wider range of vocal abilities than ordinary human singers. Hugeness of some animals matches the value of tragedy, which humans haven’t experienced yet - the Tragedy of Intinction.

The opera is a result of collaboration of students of KALD (Department of puppet and alternative theatre) DAMU in Prague and musicians from Berlin. It has unique music and libretto in four languages.
