ARTISTIC AND MANAGING DIRECTOR OF ALFRED VE DVOŘE THEATRE
The theatre Alfred ve dvoře is a leading open scene for art-created projects and progressive art work in Prague (Czech Republic).
The theatre works on the model of a production house. It provides services and facilities to artists who work on a “project” basis. Every year there is an open call for projects; the season is then created from selected projects. The civic association (non-profit NGO) Motus o.s. is the operator of the Theatre venue Alfred ve dvoře.

Requirements:
- Submission of a programme concept for the theatre – the production house and activities of Motus o.s. for three years (2011-2013), in English or Czech languages.
- The ability to lead a culture organization both professionally and artistically
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Creativity and Responsibility
- Great command of the English language
Responsibilities:
- Creating and realizing the program for Alfred ve dvoře theatre for a three year period, including developing outdoor artistic activites.
- Personnel management and conceptual leadership of the Motus o.s. production team.
- Responsibility for the financial run of the organization. (finding and securing grant opportunities, fundraising)
- Representing the organization on the national and international cultural scene
Requirements for applications for the selection process (in Czech or English):
- Letter of motivation
- professional CV or resume
- programme concept for the theatre (production-house type) for the years 2011-2013, including additional artistic outdoor activities, in accordance with the objectives of Motus o.s. which appear in the statutes of the Constitution of the Association (http://www.alfredvedvore.cz/down/stanovy-obcanskeho-sdruzeni-MOTUS_9-07.doc) and in the already approved financial grant from Prague City Council ( the copy of the grant contract can be received upon request).
